About Us
Granola has always been my version of fast food. With a house full of children, a passion for the kitchen, and a commitment to provide my family with food from the heart, a mom’s journey began. The challenge was to create a granola that was healthy, nutritious and subtly sweet. When a group of teenagers said Free Spirit® was “the best granola in the whole world,” a new road opened.
In a world moving far too fast with far too little time to enjoy life itself, I realized that every one of the nearly 1,000 batches I had made to that point had an almost spiritual effect on me. I adore the slow, considered baking process. It is the antithesis of life in the modern world. I want to share the spirit of Free Spirit® Granola with everyone.
